Returns:
Our policy lasts 30days. If 30days have gone by since you received the packages, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not open the box. If not, the return handling fee, as well as the return and exchange cost will be borne by the buyers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer directly. You can return the goods the same way. But we hope you can contact our customer service team before you decided to return your ordered products.
